TGB Diapers are made of bamboo that is responsibly sourced and use modern, plant-based materials such as PLA films.
We have put a lot of thought into our packaging as well, by the use of sustainable materials where possible to reduce impact. Our inner plastic cover is made of 30% recycled Plastic.

- Shipping cost is based on weight. Just add products to your cart and use the Shipping Calculator to see the shipping price.
- The normal delivery time is 4 – 7 days from the date of dispatch.
- The shipment tracking details will be sent to your mail along with the name and contact of the delivery partner.
- Tracking details would be updated roughly within 24 hours from dispatch.
- In case of any delay in delivery by the courier partner, the management is not liable but we will help you track down your package.

- No refunds, but we offer exchanges or store credit. Quick Notification: Report defects or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery.

- Return Process for eligible products- Returns accepted within 5 days for eligible products. Steps: Log in to our website, request a return with photos, and await approval.
- After Approval: We’ll confirm a pickup time and send a return label. Pack the item and have it ready.
